What do you know about water? 8 glasses of water per day is it enough for our body? Water is very important for our body, the main reason is 60% of our body contain water. For an example, water can help clean our body by flushes out toxins out of vital organs through our urinary system. Everyday we loss a percentage of water in our body through our urinary system and sweating so, we need to replace it by drinking more water after a heavy exercise.
